Doug and Joyce Kinney Decorative Sea Grass Baskets and Mixed Media Woven Sculpture Doug and Joyce Kinney reside in Port Orford, Oregon, where they gather inspiration and materials from their seaside surroundings. Joyce experiments with sculptural basket forms using kelp and reed while Doug uses twining to create traditional vessel forms. He experiments with marine plants and natural dyes to add variety to his baskets.
