Location The Jacobs Gallery is located in Eugene, Oregon at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts (lower level). The Hult Center is off of 6th and 7th Avenues between Olive and Willamette Streets. One Eugene Center, Eugene, OR 97401. Directions to the Hult Center. Hours Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday, 12-4 pm, and Saturday 11 am - 3 pm, and during all Hult Center performances.
